At Yaku Amazon Lodge, our Chef creates tasty and beautiful local Peruvian and international cuisine three times a day. Typical meals include fish, chicken, beef, pork, rice, fresh fruit, and vegetables.  The food is fresh and organic, grown from the rich alluvial soil brought from the Peruvian Andes.  If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance and meals will be adapted to meet your needs.
